Ticket terms
These terms cover tickets for Tudo Bem events sold on this site by PeoplePlacesThingsMiami LLC, Miami, Florida. Buying a ticket means you agree to them. Updated September 29, 2026.
Getting in
Tudo Bem is 21+. Every guest needs their own ticket code and their own physical government ID showing they are 21 or older. Photos of IDs are not accepted. The door team and the venue can refuse entry to anyone who is visibly intoxicated, aggressive, or breaking venue rules, and that ticket is not refunded.
Your ticket
The QR code is the ticket. Each code lets one person in, once. Treat it like cash: whoever shows it first gets in, and a code that has already been scanned will not work again.
You can forward a ticket to a friend. Selling a ticket for more than you paid is not allowed, and we cannot stand behind tickets bought from anyone other than us.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars. The price on the ticket page is what you pay at checkout, with no fees or taxes added on top. Tickets at the door cost more.
One discount per order. Promo codes and promoter prices cannot be combined, have no cash value, and can end at any time.
Refund policy
All ticket sales are final. We do not refund tickets for a change of plans.
If we cancel the event, you get a full refund to the card you paid with. If we move the event to a new date, your ticket works for the new date, and if you cannot make it, you can ask for a full refund before the new date.
To ask for a refund, email contact@peopleplacesthingsmiami.com from the address you bought with. Refunds usually reach your card in 5 to 10 business days.
Lineup and times
Lineups and set times can change. A change of artist or set time is not a reason for a refund unless the event is cancelled.
In the room
Look out for each other. Harassment of any kind gets you removed with no refund. The venue's own house rules apply too.
We photograph and film our nights. By coming, you agree we may use photos and video of the crowd to promote Tudo Bem. If you want a photo of yourself taken down, email us and we will remove it.
Liability
You attend at your own risk. As far as Florida law allows, our liability for anything connected to a ticket is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
